The fourth week of each month is always a Picture Perfect challenge. 

This week we are inspired by this picture! 

So friends, that's your challenge--use this picture as your inspiration for your creation.  Follow it closely or use it loosely...just have fun!  

Create a NEW project (card, tag, layout, altered item, etc)

You must use at least one Paper Smooches stamp or free digi

(stamps from other companies can be used, but please make sure that PS images are easily seen)

May first marks the end of these VERY talented ladies design team term here at the SPARKS blog.  (sigh) I ish they could stay on forever...but I do think that it's important to "change things up" every 6 months or so.  :)  Our new team will be contacted on April 24th, and announced here on April 25,  Mannnn, there are some really amazing submissions ;)  If you haven't already submitted - please do.
